Planning conesent received for the deep-retrofit and reconfiguration of two South London properties. Both properties have their own charm and their own challenges, but we look forward to giving both a new lease of life for the next 100 years or so.

Both Planning Permission and Dulwich Estate License has been granted for a new-build house in Dulwich. The house will be targeting RIBA 2030 targets in terms of embodied and operational carbon, and aiming for Pasisvehouse Certification. Lots of work to do!
Delighted to sign off Final Completion today on this small but intricate retrofit and extension project in Archway. The uniquely steep garden required a very bespoke approach to overlapping the landscaping and architectural elements - so that the threshold between the two is ambiguous.
