Delighted to sign off Final Completion today on this small but intricate retrofit and extension project in Archway. The uniquely steep garden required a very bespoke approach to overlapping the landscaping and architectural elements - so that the threshold between the two is ambiguous.
A-Zero has been featured in the Retrofit 23: Towards Deep Retrofit of Homes at Scale Exhibition. On display from 10 May - 12 October 2023, the exhibition looks at how we achieve residential retrofitting at scale and focuses on how improving the performance of a home brings economic, social, and environmental benefits. Our Highgate House was featured, amongst many other exemplary projects in volving deep retrofit strategies.

We are delighted to be reaching completion on this new-build house in Dulwich. Located at the heart of the Dulwich Estate, the new house draws on material references of the old, interpreted within a contemporary language. Well done to the team at Blero Construction for their tireless work on this project
