Planning has been lodged for the retrofit and extension of Wickenden Manor, a turn of the century building within the Sussex hills used as a place of gathering and retreat. The project seeks to equip the conference centre with the systems and infrastructure necessary for self-sufficiency and long-term sustainability—both in energy performance and operational costs—while preserving the integrity and visual harmony of the buildings and their setting.

Our Wanstead Passivhaus project is moving quickly, withe the windows in, the airtest complete, and now first fix electricala nd mechnical starting in the coming weeks. All very exciting....

We’ve recently completed the fit-out of a West London penthouse.

The original layout was entirely reconfigured to create an open-plan living and dining space with triple-aspect views into the surrounding tree canopy.

The material palette draws from the building’s original 1950s finishes—stained ash, brass, polished plaster, and velvet curtains are used throughout. Bespoke joinery by @dominicashbespoke forms a timber spine through the apartment, serving as an organising element for storage, daylight, and lighting.

The building fabric was substantially upgraded, with pressure-injected insulation and new triple glazing throughout.
