Photographs of construction on our Rotherhithe housing development. Six duplex apartments are taking shape this month using prefabricated timber panels, glulam by @merronbrook. The scheme’s massing was developed in response to avoiding overlooking to the neighbouring properties, and it is exciting to see the form taking shape one panel at a time.

We are looking for a Part 2 environmental architectural assistant with the following skill sets:
RIBA Part 2 or equivalent qualification in architecture/environment
positive and friendly person with the ability to work closely as a team as well as work independently. Effective communication with clients and related parties.
reliable, honest, organised, multi-tasker and eager to learn and share new ideas
strong conceptual and design development skills as well as attention to details
strong communication skill through drawings, imagery, 3D and physical models
having experience in residential projects in the UK is a plus
proficiency in AutoCAD/Rhinoceros/SketchUp/Adobe Suite and environmental analysis softwares. Experience in Revit is a plus
excellency in English, both written and spoken
available immediately

we will assist and guide young architectural designers to obtain Part 3 as well as equip with environmental approaches to the level where they can design and perform confidently as a project architect, overseeing all the RIBA work stages
there will be plenty of opportunities for your ideas to materialise as part of the ongoing projects

social events, organised secretly by the directors
