Competition, 2015
This competition was run to identify new opportunities for housing in London. We identified a typology that is ubiquitous in the city - the single story commercial extension to Georgian Houses. We developed a proposal to reimagine a series of London's high streets by building above these single story extensions, re-defining the street space, and creating a new residential hinterland on the roof as a consequence.
Our submission was shortlisted, and published within the NLA New ideas for housing publication
